The following is impact crusher operation manual, the must observe and note it.

1. Feeding must be uniform, and product size should meet the requirements.

2. At any time should pay attention to discharging and belt transporting, as to avoid blocking.

3. Check drainage of water closing dust prevention, if no water, should not be allowed to run.

4. Usually check pumps, coolers, filters, oil, oil temperature, etc. The oil return temperature should not exceed 60℃.

5. Check oil pressure of locking cylinder, adjusting ring must be run in the locked status.

6. Regularly check the liner plate wearing degree of cone crusher, especially pay attention to the liner plate fixed bolt in the adjusting ring. If fixed bolt is loose, it can cause liner plate loose. After the new liner plate works for 24 hours, should stop to tight again.
